Native PrestaShop module (PS 1.7.x & 8.x)
A module developed following official PrestaShop specifications, compatible with versions 1.7.x and 8.x, installable from the back-office without modifications to the core.
Custom order status management
Map your PrestaShop order statuses (e.g. 'In preparation', 'Shipped', 'Return received') to the corresponding states in our WMS for a perfectly aligned workflow.
Product combination synchronisation
Every PrestaShop combination (size, colour, size+colour) is mapped to the corresponding SKU in the warehouse. Stock updates automatically per individual combination.
Automatic quantity update
Stock levels are automatically updated on PrestaShop with every warehouse movement: shipment, goods receipt or return. No manual update required.
Shipment tracking
The tracking number is automatically linked to the PrestaShop order and the customer receives a shipping notification with the courier tracking link.
Multi-shop compatibility
We support PrestaShop's multi-shop feature. You can connect multiple shops to the same Umbria Hub warehouse with differentiated fulfilment rules.
How it works
PrestaShop orders fulfilled without lifting a finger
When a customer confirms a purchase on your PrestaShop store, the process activates by itself:
- Order receipt — the module transmits the order to our WMS automatically, including all selected product combinations.
- Preparation and packing — the warehouse starts picking according to the packaging rules you defined for that shop.
- Shipping and tracking — the parcel is handed to the courier and the tracking number uploaded to the PrestaShop order automatically.
- Stock update — available quantities are automatically decremented for each combination, preventing overselling.
