Automatic order import
Every confirmed WooCommerce order is automatically picked up by our WMS. No manual intervention, no transcription errors.
Bidirectional stock update
Stock syncs in both directions: every warehouse movement (shipment, return, receipt) automatically updates stock on WooCommerce.
Tracking in order dashboard
The tracking number is inserted directly into the WooCommerce order and the customer receives a notification by email automatically.
Product variant support
Every size/colour/format combination is mapped to the corresponding SKU in the warehouse. Stock updates per variant, eliminating the risk of overselling.
Integrated log and debug panel
The plugin includes an internal log panel within the WordPress dashboard for monitoring data exchanges and quickly resolving any anomalies.
How it works
From the WordPress cart to the shipped parcel
From the moment the customer clicks "Place order" on your WordPress store, the process starts by itself:
- Order capture — the order arrives in our WMS automatically via the dedicated plugin.
- Picking and packing — the warehouse starts preparation with the packaging specifications you configured.
- Shipping and tracking — the parcel is handed to the courier and the tracking number uploaded to the WooCommerce order automatically.
- Stock update — inventory is automatically decremented across all involved products and variants.
No copy-pasting, no emails to the warehouse. Just fulfilled orders.
