We work with major Italian and European express couriers (BRT, GLS, DHL, UPS and Poste Italiane). The carrier is automatically selected according to the destination, weight, dimensions and service level chosen by the end customer.
Seasonal peaks are part of our operating plan. With 2–3 weeks' notice, we coordinate a goods receipt plan with you and reinforce the dedicated team. Our warehouse is sized to absorb volume variations of up to 300% compared with the normal flow.
Yes. We handle pick and pack using either neutral packaging or branded materials supplied by you, including boxes, tape, tissue paper, inserts and personalised cards.
Under standard conditions, goods are received, checked, labelled and made available in the warehouse within 24–48 working hours of delivery. For major launches or scheduled arrivals, we can speed up the process by agreeing the receiving arrangements in advance.
Through our integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Amazon and eBay, stock levels are updated in real time with every warehouse movement. When an order is fulfilled, stock is reduced automatically in the store; reorder thresholds and low-stock alerts can also be configured.
